An initial consultation and requirement discussion is free and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time.
Design retainer
A design retainer covers measurement, planning, drawings and 3D visualisation. Once that work has started, the portion of effort already delivered is non-refundable. Any unutilised balance is refunded or adjusted against the next stage.
Custom manufacturing
Joinery, shutters, stone counters and similar items are made to your specific dimensions and finish. Once material has been cut or an order placed with a vendor, the item cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation before production
- Cancellation after signing but before design work begins: refund less administrative charges.
- Cancellation during design: refund of the unutilised portion of the retainer.
- Cancellation after manufacturing release: no refund on released items; the remaining scope is settled proportionately.
Defects and rectification
Manufacturing or installation defects reported within the agreed warranty period are rectified or replaced at no cost. Damage from misuse, water ingress, third-party alteration or normal wear is excluded.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 working days of written confirmation.
